Our firm is actively participating in ASIPI Buenos Aires 2025, where our representative for Latin America has been engaging with colleagues, industry leaders, and innovators from across the region. The conference has offered valuable opportunities for networking and exchanging perspectives on the future of intellectual property in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

We’re sharing a few photos from the sessions and networking events so far, reflecting the collaborative and dynamic environment that ASIPI continues to foster.

Following these engagements, one of the key sessions we attended focused on Notice and Take Down standards in Latin America, a topic gaining significant relevance as digital platforms expand and infringing content becomes more sophisticated.

The panel explored how different countries in the region are structuring their notification and removal procedures, and how these mechanisms aim to balance two essential goals: protecting intellectual property rights and supporting an open, innovative digital ecosystem. Speakers examined intermediary liability, transparency practices, and the growing need for regional alignment to ensure faster, more effective responses to online infringements.

These discussions highlight the ongoing efforts to modernize Latin America’s digital enforcement frameworks—an important step toward greater legal certainty for rights holders, platforms, and users alike.

We will continue sharing updates and insights as ASIPI Buenos Aires 2025 progresses.
