Following these engagements, one of the key sessions we attended focused on Notice and Take Down standards in Latin America, a topic gaining significant relevance as digital platforms expand and infringing content becomes more sophisticated.
The panel explored how different countries in the region are structuring their notification and removal procedures, and how these mechanisms aim to balance two essential goals: protecting intellectual property rights and supporting an open, innovative digital ecosystem.
